    • Requester Information: If you are a Requester, we may collect organization details, contact information, and details about the types and quantities of books needed.

    • Improve Our Services: Analyze usage trends to enhance Site functionality and overall experience.

    • Pick-Up Partners: Client contact information (phone number and address) is shared with the Partner assigned to fulfill a pickup request solely for the purpose of coordinating and completing the scheduled pickup.     • Service Providers: Third-party vendors who help us operate our Site, process payments, or send communications (e.g., email service providers, SMS providers, analytics tools).

    The Network uses SMS text messaging to communicate with Clients and Partners. By providing your phone number and opting in to receive text messages, you consent to receive the following types of messages:

    11.1 Messages to Clients

    • Booking confirmation messages
    • 3-day pickup reminder
    • 1-day pickup reminder
    • "On the way" pickup notifications
    • Pickup completion confirmations
    • Review and feedback request reminders (up to 3)
    • Service updates and schedule changes

    11.2 Messages to Partners

    • New pickup assignment notifications
    • Nearby pickup opportunity alerts (out-of-area requests)
    • Schedule change notifications
    • Service updates and announcements

    11.3 Message Frequency and Opt-Out

    Message frequency varies based on pickup activity. Clients may receive up to 10 messages per scheduled pickup. Partners may receive additional notifications for nearby pickup opportunities.
