• Pick-Up Partners: Client contact information (phone number and address) is shared with the Partner assigned to fulfill a pickup request solely for the purpose of coordinating and completing the scheduled pickup. Partners are contractually prohibited from using Client contact information for any marketing, solicitation, or purpose unrelated to the assigned pickup.
• Service Providers: Third-party vendors who help us operate our Site, process payments, or send communications (e.g., email service providers, SMS providers, analytics tools).

The Network uses SMS text messaging to communicate with Clients and Partners. By providing your phone number and opting in to receive text messages, you consent to receive the following types of messages:

• 1-day pickup reminder
• "On the way" pickup notifications
• Pickup completion confirmations
• Review and feedback request reminders (up to 3)

• Nearby pickup opportunity alerts (out-of-area requests)

11.3 Message Frequency and Opt-Out

Message frequency varies based on pickup activity. Clients may receive up to 10 messages per scheduled pickup. Partners may receive additional notifications for nearby pickup opportunities.
