How a Miami Pickup Day Works

Pack your books and media into boxes or sturdy bags before your service day, because a Local Pick-Up Partner does not bring boxes and does not pack shelves for you on the day.

Set everything out on the morning of your service day, under a porch or carport if you have one. Never the night before, not between May and October, when the afternoon storm is close to a daily appointment.

Pickups run from 8 AM to 8 PM and you do not need to be home. If a partner serves your ZIP code, book a service day instantly. If not, your request enters the out-of-area pickup system, where nearby partners may claim it.
