They see your organization name, location, and what you need. Your request goes out:** When you submit, Partners within your ZIP code and a 100-mile radius are notified. **2\. A Partner claims it:** The first Partner to claim your request gets connected with you directly. **3\. You coordinate together:** No middleman. You work out the details, whether that's delivery, pickup, or something else. **4\. Confirm the count:** After receiving books, we'll ask you to confirm how many you received.
